2017 San Diego Police Department Law Enforcement Memorial Ceremony. Honoring all SDPD officers who died in the line of duty. This year Chief Zimmerman presented the police cross to the family members of the officers we lost. Officer JD De Guzman’s name was added on the SDPD wall of honor and unveiled in front of family, friends and colleagues.
